the variety decks there are out there and I have quite a few of them…lol. I love giving readings both in
person and through email or telephone. I love the groups I’ve belonged to and still belong to and the
people I meet there. What I most enjoy is being able to give clients a look into their lives in a way they
hadn't before, help them along their journeys and achieve their heart’s desires. I love helping people deal
with life’s problems and finding solutions to make positive changes. And I love giving people hope for
their futures.
While I do favor the tarot, I meditate almost every day to hone and develop all of my intuitive skills which
I incorporate into my readings. I use all of my senses to connect with my guides and with my clients. I use
that connection in my readings and in my daily life. Being in tune with the energies around me helps me
to get a deeper connection with people. I tend to be the “go to” friend for solving everyone’s problems.
That’s ok, it’s part of the territory!
I believe that from the time I was little, my grandma tried to introduce me to the gift of healing. She used
to tell me how she healed me when I was little and very, very sick. She was always healing my animals.
She taught me to heal my animals. She entertained all of my “fantasies” as a child that others simply
wrote off as a vivid imagination. I realize now that she believed. I remember vividly at the age of 16, her
final visit as she crossed over. That is the last contact I had with the other side for a long time. I was fearful
of it then so I didn’t miss it. I often wonder what might have happened and where might I be if she had
stayed with us a little longer, mind and body.
It took me a lot of years after that to re-open to spirit. With that re-opening I’ve also re-opened to healing.
Although I’ve studied the Usui method of Reiki and I am a 3rd Degree Reiki Master, I’ve also studied the
Native American traditions of my ancestors. When I give healing, I blend shamanism with reiki in my
own style of healing. But I always remember that all healing truly comes from God. I’m just an
instrument.
I love to examine and learn about all of the energy that flows through nature. I am very fascinated with
the study of herbs, crystals and gemstones. As many of my friends know, I carry crystals and gemstones
in my pockets, wear them as jewelry and am constantly giving them away to people whom I feel are in
need of a little protection, enlightenment or healing. I feel that anything that comes from nature carries
with it a lot of powerful energy that can be tapped into and used to enhance your life.
A few years ago I began taking classes that ranged from growing and harvesting organic herbs and
harvesting wild herbs to making herbal medicine. In the summer of 2006 I completed an apprenticeship
that revolved around those teachings, incorporated the use of plant and animal spirits, and all of nature
into the art of healing, and also included a comprehensive study of the medicine wheel. I have to say, that
was a really great summer and I came away with a deeper understanding of how my connection to nature
helps me in healing. And my herbal studies are what led to “Enchanted”.
Finally, although I have always been interested in this subject, through all of these experiences I have
deepened my interest in the study of animal totems. If you haven't guessed, Bear is my totem. I often
receive calls from my friends after having an experience with a certain animal or bird or even insect to find
out what that might mean for them. I am collecting information to include on this site so you to can
explore the wonderful world of working with animal spirits and medicine.
So here I am. I feel I am ready to go out into the world and do something with what I have learned, to help
others, to give back a little of what I have been given. That's what its all about after all.

Generally when I try to describe to someone what I do, I refer
to myself as an intuitive, a spiritual advisor and a healer.
Growing up in a small town, psychics were not common. Still
aren't. A lot of people hear the word psychic and bad images
of smoke filled rooms, crystal balls and gypsy garbed old
ladies come to mind. Psychics aren’t taken seriously. They
are considered phony at best, sinners at worst. So intuitive is
a word I felt more comfortable with for a long time. Actually,
there was a very long period of time I ignored my “psychic”
side and hid it away. I don’t do that anymore. I embrace it. I
work hard to develop it further. And for the last several years
I’ve offered it to those who need my help or guidance. Now
I’ve decided to take a leap of faith and really just go for it.
Put myself out there and see where it leads me, hence, the
changes on my site.
I've been studying the tarot for many years. I love it! I love
