| If you would like to receive a reading, please give me a call. If I am with a client you may have to leave your name and number and I will respond to you ASAP. In our initial conversation we will set up an appointment for your reading either in person or by phone. Please note, I am in the US Eastern Time Zone and I try to limit incoming calls to between the hours of: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday and Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This does not mean I will not schedule off hour calls, I just need to have some limit on incoming calls. Please, no calls on Sunday unless it is an extremely urgent matter. You may email me at any time and I will respond as quickly as possible. I have done readings with as little information as "Please give me a general reading", to having details about a relationship or specific issue. It really doesn't matter how much information you give me or don't give me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you may have about your reading. I will respond promptly! I always want my clients to be completely happy and satisfied with their readings. |
| PAYMENT METHOD Payments for telephone readings can be made by personal check or Paypal only. I do not directly accept credit cards. Credit card payments must be made through Paypal. When paying by personal check, email or call me to schedule your appointment. If you email me your name and telephone number I will call you. Your check must be received prior to your scheduled appointment. Paypal payments must be made prior to the scheduled time of your appointment. It only takes a few minutes and shows up immediately. If the payment has not been made by the scheduled appointment time I will assume that you have changed your mind and I will not call. If something happens and you are not available for your appointment, please email or call me to let me know. If for some reason you have to cancel your appointment and have already made your payment, I will issue a refund or credit as long as you give me some notice. That is the polite thing to do. Email or call me in advance of payment if you want to check available time and dates. Private readings can be made by Paypal and should be received 24 hours prior to appointment to confirm. You can also pay by check or cash payable at the start of your appointment. Thank you! |
